Luscii’s acute virtual ward is a remote monitoring solution enabling patients to receive hospital-level care at home, reducing hospital admissions and enhancing healthcare efficiency. The service supports daily patient monitoring via an app, video consultations, and home interventions when needed. The project evaluates its health, economic, and environmental impacts, focusing on reducing health inequalities and ensuring sustainability. By addressing urgent NHS challenges, Luscii aims to provide evidence and develop a scalable blueprint for adopting acute virtual wards across the NHS, transforming care delivery and creating a patient-centered, efficient, and accessible healthcare model.

Simultaneously the software generates comprehensive and concise clinical notes. The product is run on a proprietary database developed with 200+ specialists, representing millions of hours of clinical experience.
