Stroke is a terrible blow, with a high death rate and disability. There are over 150,000 strokes a year in the UK, costing the NHS £2b. Yet many strokes are preventable.myHelicon gives the patient tools to reduce the risks, guidance and tips to build their understanding, and a means to communicate confidentially with their clinicians.Helicon's goal is to reduce stroke rate by at least 10%. |
