Project CBT Agent for Improving Access to Psychological Therapies for Support of People with Chronic Pain and Related Anxiety and Depression
Description

Rolling out a Leeds-wide demonstrator of a new digital service, PainSense, to support patients with persistent pain. The service is integrated into a new pathway of care and provides patients with digital resources for self-assessment and management in the form of engaging multi-media smartphone apps. These are integrated securely with NHS clinical systems, allowing a GP or other healthcare professionals to better monitor and advise patients. PainSense aims to reduce the load on primary care through reduction in face to face appointments, and provide better care with less acute hospital admissions.

Project Let Me Show U!
Description

‘Let Me Show U!’ (LMSU!) is a proposed new product to help children with physical disability explain to new carers the best way to help them address the various physical challenges of daily life using the specialised equipment provided. LMSU! uses personalised digital media videos, animations, audios, etc specific to each child built up over time within a secure Personal Health Record PHR controlled by the child and their family. Relevant media snippets are recorded using a portal, and can be accessed at any time by the child or carers via apps running on standard phones and tablets

Description

Advanced Digital Institute (ADI) is developing CAMHS Open Outreach Platform (CO-OP) which uses digital media to provide young people with anxiety, depression and self-harming behaviour, and their parents, with instant access to personalised support resources. As part of an early CAMHS assessment and intervention strategy, CO-OP provides software apps and services built around a Personal Health Record and interfaces with professional systems such as SystmOne, CareNotes, and VLEs in schools.
